01Disconnect a platform (artists)
In the Artist Portal, go to Settings → Connected accounts and press Disconnect next to Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
That deletes, immediately: our encrypted access key for that account, every number we pulled from it (song, video and reel stats), and the audience totals. Nothing from that platform is kept.
02Remove Mount Vernon from the platform itself
You can also cut us off from the platform's side, even without logging in to the portal:
| Platform | Where | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Instagram → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Mount Vernon → Remove | Instagram tells us, and we delete that connection and its data automatically. | |
| Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Mount Vernon → Remove | Facebook tells us, and we delete that connection and its data automatically. | |
| YouTube (Google) | myaccount.google.com/permissions → Mount Vernon → Remove access | Our key stops working at once. To also delete the numbers we already stored, disconnect in the portal or email us. |
| TikTok | TikTok → Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services → Mount Vernon → Remove access | Our key stops working at once; email us or disconnect in the portal to have the stored numbers deleted too. |
03Delete everything
To delete your whole portal account, your fan or newsletter signup, store order details, or anything else we hold about you, email [email protected] from the address you used with us (subject "Delete my data").
- We confirm within 7 days and finish within 30 days.
- We keep only what the law requires: sales and payout records for up to 7 years for tax and accounting.
- Fans can also leave any artist's email list with the unsubscribe link in every email.
